Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

40g white sugar

120g brown sugar

85g baking margarine

3 eggs

1/2 Tbsp vanilla

230g plain flour

1 tsp baking powder

100g chocolate chips

 

Methods:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cream together the margarine and sugars.
  3. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time and beat it well.
  4. Add the flour and fold in.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet in tablespoon portions.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown.
